Sims 4 no audio

I have been using The Sims 4 base game along with the pack for "Magical Realm" for a few months now. It's been working well. Now today, suddenly, I'm having issues. Origin had to be restarted three times because it froze. WHen I finally was able to load the game, it has no sound on it. I checked the sound on my computer (Mac) and it's fine. What could be the problem? Thank you, in advance.
