Sims 4 no longer works.

Question

I have been having issues for the past week or two now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times now. I have repaired the game. I even got to the point where I factory reset the entire game. Still, nothing works. Even on a clean game with 0 mods/cc it WILL NOT WORK. I was creating a brand new sim on a brand new clean game and the whole game froze up and said "not responding". And yes I have deleted the localthumbnailcache.package... more times than I can count. I have done everything I know/everything that has been suggested to me. Is this an EA problem at this point?

ericaaa3&nbsp; Please provide a dxdiag. &nbsp;Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. &nbsp;From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

When you post, list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the operating system and except for the serial number.
