My sims 4 game played on a Mac isn't loading past the main menu. I have tried uninstalling and installing, I have no mods or CC I have deleted all cache and screenshots, I have removed the game from the folder and put it back and still nothing. WHAT MORE CAN I DO??????????
I have the same PROBLEM! No one at EA has helped me and I've written to them 8 times. I haven't been able to play since Saturday, it's a disaster, you pay so much money for a game and it's NON-FUNCTIONAL!!!!
The only way i've now been able to play is by starting a whole new game which is just not ok
