You need internal storage available, not iCloud, because the game only saves locally.
Did you move any files from the old Sims 4 folder into the new one?
Did you allow all access requests to the Documents folder and other locations when installing and running the game for the first time?

No , I removed my mods to my desktop and generated new folders and files for everything else . Even when I take my mods folder out of my game and try to open it that doesn’t work. I honestly believe it’s the MacBook itself because I’ve tried everything else . Yes, I allowed access . I even download the origin reset tool and nothing works .

"Even when I take my mods folder out of my game and try to open it that doesn’t work" - this is why a completely clean Sims 4 folder should be tested and not just removing Mods. Maybe your saves are corrupted.
You say you've tried everything else, did this include setting up a new user account on your Mac and seeing if the problem persists in that user account?
The Origin reset tool is separate to the game, it doesn't touch Sims 4 files, only Origin files. If you think there's a problem with your Mac maybe you can make an appointment to go and see Apple?
