Sims 4 Purchase Issues

I bought the Jungle Adventure game pack for the Sims 4 yesterday, and even downloaded it onto my game and played with it. However, when I went to play the game a second time later that day, it said I didn't own the pack. So, I went to the EA app to check, and it said I own it, but I needed to download it. So, thinking the app must've accidentally undownloaded it, I tried to redownload it, but it would say that I don't own the game. Then, I cleared the cache thinking it was just a simple app refreshing issue, but then when I open it again, it says that I need to buy the add on again. On top of that, the purchase that went through yesterday is now considered "pending" on my card. I don't want to buy a game pack twice, is there a way I can fix this?
