Can’t access my game – EA App says “You don’t have access”

Hello,
I’m trying to launch Need for Speed Unbound and Need for Speed Hot Pursuit from Steam. Both games open the EA App, but when I try to start them, I get the following error:

You don’t have access. It’s possible that another user who owns this game has downloaded this title on your device. Sign in with a different account or restart the application to try again.

I am logged in with the EA account linked to my Steam account, and I own both games on Steam. I already tried restarting the EA App, logging out and back in, clearing the cache, and deleting temporary files, but the issue persists.

It might be related to account linking or license recognition. Could you please check and help me regain access to my games?
