Not sure tbh, I randomly have the same freezing sim issue as well, randomly a character just freezes in one spot, won’t do any actions or move. I don’t play with any CC. The only way I’ve been able to undo the freezing is saving then reloading the game. Granted when I come back the sim that was frozen always seems to appear in a different location from were it was frozen. It seems like the sim is on auto mode while its visual body is frozen.
System: Mac Mini M4 (24gb ram, 512gb ssd)
