I have the same issue! I have been having the same persistent save issue since 4 August. I have cleared my app cache, game ache, repaired my game and just 5mins into resetting any save I get the error code 0. I have tried using my backup save to play but the issue persists and my game save automatically generates a TMP file each time. It's infuriating and I've tried all the conventional workarounds. I don't even have mods enabled so I know it's not that issue. Attached is a picture of my saves. slot_save5 is actually backup 1, the newest backup which I renamed to load.
