I ran the reset tool, and it's still stuck on finalizing...

Do it again and try to launch the game from the actual app rather than from within Origin.I did it again, and launched the game from the app, but it still says finalizing. 🙁 and it’s saying it on a good number of EPs, GPs, and SPs.
what should I do? I even deleted origin, but it still didn’t work.
I was stuck on finalizing to open then instead I wanted to see if it would cricket up if I got three packs and it did and it’s working now
