Sims 4 stuck on finalizing to install (Mac)

I've tried other suggestions that have been seen floating around, but I'm still stuck on finalizing... It's been 2 days. Any suggestions for what else I can do besides signing out of Origin and resta...

I ran the reset tool, and it's still stuck on finalizing...

    Do it again and try to launch the game from the actual app rather than from within Origin.

      I did it again, and launched the game from the app, but it still says finalizing. 🙁 and it’s saying it on a good number of EPs, GPs, and SPs.

      what should I do? I even deleted origin, but it still didn’t work.

        I'm not sure. Hopefully someone else can help you as you seem to have so many problems playing the game on your Mac ☹️

    I was stuck on finalizing to open then instead I wanted to see if it would cricket up if I got three packs and it did and it’s working now
