SIMS 4 UNEXPECTEDLY QUTTING
Can anyone help me because my sims 4 keeps 'unexpectedly quitting' i've been looking for a solution for a while i've tried loads of things like clearing out mods, reseting my game, having it searches for corrupted files, completely deleting the game and re downloading, i've tried loads of youtube videos and non of them have worked. (I've tried nearly every solution on here) I am a mac user and i've just bought a pack and am really exited to play it but unfortunately i cant for more than 5 mins. And then when i try to contact EA there is no support at all its like they don't value there customers.

How far into the game launch did you get? The Sims 4 folder recreates as soon as the game screen appears. Are you stating that now you don’t even get to the main menu? In your OP you said you couldn’t play for more than 5 minutes. I’m trying to figure out exactly where your game is now crashing.
Don’t search for the TS4 folder, manually navigate through to Documents > Electronic Arts.
