Please read what I've shared already, I've also done all those steps, and no progress.
I created a new Mac User to see if that would work, and no luck either

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, the game just will not load for my macbook
What happens when the bug occurs? I will click Play, and sims 4 will open up, but stay on loading page with music and plumbob loading
What do you expect to see? I expect to get to the main menu
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So, I just completed a factory restore on my Macbook Air M1, downloaded origin, and Sims 4
I am still having loading issues. I have not downloaded anything else

How did you factory restore your Mac? I'm asking because there can often be confusion over what this entails and unless the machine was completely erased and reformatted, there is the risk of residual files still being leftover. If you could explain how you did this it would help 🙂
