sims 4 won't load

hey I need help finding a way to load my sims 4 it's been stuck on loading for 2 days now and I don't know what to do can someone help me I'm literally stressing about it sense I've tried canceling and reload and even removing some of my mods but nothing is working it's just stuck on 0% and I could really use some help...
