Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I went to get the new update bc it said it was required to play. to start i was logged out of ea which never usually happens after an update. then i go to sims and press play like normal, my whole family is there and everything looks as it usually does. once i click play it tells me that my game requires packs that i own i go to my download history and it says when i downloaded and PAID for my packs. What do i do iv'e spent so much money on this game and worst of all it say my game will likely crash if i play with out the packs needed. Ps: ea sucks with customer support spent so long trying to find a way to connact them but only way is to type a question which just leads to a link. this link didnt help at all pls send help my way im crashing out. is this jus happening to me or yall too.

If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.

I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. Mine has done the same thing. My credentials are right but the download isn't showing up in my purchase history. I have played it on my mac just fine until this most recent update where it logged me out. Same as above my family was there but the time played was off and my get together pack is missing. I have the PayPal receipt that shows I bought it. There is another person on another post going through the same thing.

I've literally been trying to get it back for days but I seriously cannot find out what to do be I not only have the receipts, I have the folders showing that I purchased and downloaded them, but they still won't show up.

i am able to see all of my order history and when i purchased it, all of the times and dates make sense. also when i go to my ea account it shows the correct date that i made my account.

im having the same issue, like ive spent hundreds on all of my add-ons so if i cant get them back so help me ea will hear it from me.
