So I've repaired my game twice, reinstalled the ea app, cleared my cache, and took out all of my mods only for my game to not even load up past the launch button. What is going on?? I am playing on a MacBook Air 2024 with the M3 Chip.
what error is it giving you? mine launches then crashes and says something memory.
Me too! This started happening to me after I got the new small businesses expansion pack.
omg!! Yes! I JUST bought that pack. EA hasnt been able to help. and I just but a new SSD to start playing with. I am so frustrated.
It's not even giving me an error. The EA app says it's launching, then it never even opens up.
I didn't buy any new packs! But this is so weird.
I haven't received an answer for mine either. But for now, I would copy and paste the error message into AI, and it could be down for you.

I'm having a similar issue. My game won't even launch. It just says " The Sims 4 isn't responding" at first I was getting an error message saying it was unable to start. I removed my mods, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired it twice. Still won't work. Please help!
