Sims4; Journey to Batuu- not showing in game play?

I just bought the new Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu on my Mac desktop.  Origin says i have purchased it and that its completely downloaded onto my server - but IT'S NOT showing up in game. Not ...

    I got in contact with an EA team leader who gave me a refund for the pack, and explained the reasons to me a bit clearer.

Well that sucks, I just tried everything to make it work including spending $100 on data to uninstall all my games and download them again for nothing. Not once has the EA representatives I have been going back and forth with mentioned anything about Legacy and its incompatibility with games released after 2019. Im so angry, I really thought this pack was going to reignite my love for SIms 4 (im hardcore Sims 3 fan) but they have completely lost me as a customer at this point! Thanks for the info though, they really should be more transparent about this cause alot of people have older computers.

You spent $100 on data to uninstall the game? What do you mean? You uninstall by right clicking on the game in Origin and select Uninstall.

    I had to uninstall all my games and then re download them all which was about 40 GB. Data is not cheap in Australia. Sorry if I confused you!
