Edit: I tried it just now, and it still loads kind of slow when I just add one of the files in the saves folder :/ When I go to create a sim and go to place them in a world none of the worlds show up either? So it's just that page except where the worlds usually are there's nothing but white, everything else that is usually there is still present

- @Bluebellflora Thank you, the worlds are back now 🙂 And the game is playing at normal speed! However when I tried putting my saves folder back into the game it starts lagging and taking forever to load again, so I suspect that's the problem ☹️Can I fix this while still keeping most of my old households?

Yeah, sounds like your saves ☹️ How about if you load one of them then choose Save As... to create a new save file, then load that save?@BluebellfloraI don't know how to do that, but I just want to have the sims and the builds I have made and don't care as much about the other progress... Do you think saving the households and lots to the gallery, deleting all my saves from the save folder and then downloading them from the gallery would work?
