Stuck

Please Help…..Sims 4 won’t let me update, repair or uninstall on EA App. Clear Cache + Completely Deleted App w/ Reinstall. I’m still getting Game Update Required. It will not allow me to repair or uninstall game on app. Trashed everything on MAC pertaining to Sims 4 and still nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve been able to play online and/or offline. Help me

    Not at all. I’ve tried everything at this point.
