Stuff not loading?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.0
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs except for the new horse one. I have all game packs except for jungle adventure and the star wars one. I have all stuff packs. Only a few kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going on to look at the worlds or on the main menu looking at packs.
What happens when the bug occurs? The three base game worlds aren't loading. Like they aren't there at all. When I look at my packs some of them have a picture of a grey llama like something isn't loading. My created sims aren't loading either but the npcs are. The game updated and this happened. The last times my game has updated it's completely erased everything I've done in the game. Every sim, every build, every game save, every item in my library I've ever saved or liked. Gone. As if I'd just bought the game. So I don't know if I'ts my computer tripping but now I'm really irritated with it.
What do you expect to see? All of my packs and worlds and sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
