The game just won't launch

every time I open the sims it says error try a little later but we are now a day further and I have already deleted it 3 times, downloaded it again, repaired it and everything you can think of. nothing works....i just want to play sims :(

    Have you tried to move your game saves from Document folder to your desktop and tried to run the game then to see if a fresh copy of the game works.
