The sims 4 - macOS update game July 2020

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? new
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs, get together, season, city living, get to work, discover university, island living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It`s not working, it`s a bug in the Sims 4 system
What happens when the bug occurs? When I start a game, it gets stuck and crashes
What do you expect to see? I want the game to run again and work, even if I`m updating the Sims 4 game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The sims 4 update!!!

Hello! I am very reluctant to have to deal with this again. I`m disgusted with the EA team or rather the ones who make new updates to The sims 4. I can`t start the game almost every time an updates is made! The operating system I have macOS Catalina version 10.15.5. I hope you solve the problems and it will not take a month again as always. I am very upset!!! If this continues, I will cancel the game and request a refund for all game packs and expansion I have purchased. You let me down....

    You cannot run the game whilst it is updating.

    If you use 3rd party CC it is at your risk, EA are not responsible for ensuring the game runs with other people's content installed. Check your Mods/CC are compatible with the new patch level of the game.

    If you move your entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop and launch a new, clean game - does it work?
