The Sims 4 and Sims 3 keep disappearing from my EA Library
This happened to me in August and now it’s happening again in September. My entire EA Library randomly became empty while I was playing The Sims 4.
I’ve already:
- Cleared the EA app cache
- Logged out/in
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app
- Waited for the account to sync
- Checked that I’m on the correct EA account
- Checked hidden games
- Tried Safe Mode
- Contacted EA Support multiple times
An EA agent even confirmed that The Sims 4 and my packs are on my account. The games eventually came back on their own after a few days, but now they’ve disappeared again.
The Sims 4 is still installed on my Mac, but I can’t launch it anymore because there’s an update and the game isn’t in my Library, so I have no way to update it. When I search for Sims 4 or Sims 3 in the EA app, it says they’re unavailable/not offered anymore.
I just want my games to show up in my Library again. I’ve already done all the troubleshooting EA Support has asked me to do, so I’m really hoping someone knows what’s actually causing this or how to fix it.
