Can't Uninstall Kit

I brought some kits a few months ago. I had no idea that the kits messed up gameplay. I brought the kits through marketplace using moola. I thought yall fixed the issues with the kits so i tried adding them back one by one. I started with one but it didnt work. I went to the EA app to uninstall it but it says i havent purchased it. But when I open the game, it says I have it and it is downloaded. Now i can't fully play my game because the kit is messing up my game. There are at least 4 kits i cant use because yall havent fixed the issues. Please help me uninstall and at this point i want a refund for the kits i cant even use.
