The Sims 4 uninstalling but then reinstalling.
Hello. So, I lasted played The Sims 4 in June last year and I haven't played since. I recently deleted The Sims 4 off my Mac because it was holding a lot of storage on my disk. I went to my Electronic Arts folder and I realised that The Sims 4 folder is still there. I don't know why but it is for some reason. I think I didn't do the uninstallation right. I want to reinstall now but I'm not sure what to do with that folder. It has all my cc and mods still in the folder. I'm not sure what to do. If someone could give me some brief instructions on what I'm supposed to do that would be amazing! 🙂

The Sims 4 folder is not removed when you uninstall the game as it contains all your saved data. You can reinstall the game and hopefully those saves will load or, if you want to start from scratch, just trash the Sims 4 folder.
The Sims 4 app that you download from Origin will install to your applications folder in your Mac user account, unless you change the install path in Origin to a different location.
