3. yes, i've tried to repair the game in Origin
4. I have those but I can't check if they are corrupted or not as The Sims will not open
5. uploaded a screenshot of the storage - i also have an external hard drive that i use
I click "play" on origin, the sims app icon appears in my docs. after some seconds (once i hover over the app it says "application not responsive") it disappears (without opening) and takes me back to origin. I do not get any error msgs. screenshots attached
I am having the same issue now :/
