Transferring 1 save file from Mac to PC
I'm traveling and borrowing a Macbook and I decided to transfer the save file from this Mac to my PC back at home. I have multiple save files on that PC that I don't to lose so I don't want to delete them just for this one save file.
I'm willing to buy a USB stick to transfer files as well. I have experience transferring PC to PC but that wasn't smooth so I'm worried about Mac to PC. Because I only have 1 chance at this, I would appreciate step-by-step instructions as well as troubleshooting too if possible. Thanks for your efforts!

Right click on the saves folder on your Mac and choose Compress "saves". It will zip up the saves folder. Copy that zipped folder to a memory stick, formatted as FAT32 so it is compatible with Windows, or upload to cloud storage, then copy it from the memory stick/cloud onto the PC. Double click to unzip, open the saves folder, select the saves you want and copy them into the Sims 4 > saves folder on the PC.
