Characters photos and poses are inconsistent...

I'm not sure how to explain it, other than calling the icons of these sims "headshots" so bear with me and see the screenshots to see exactly what I'm talking about.

Eliza is wearing some outfit from Vampires in her headshot.. she does not wear that dress at any point. It is not a "situational outfit" I verified this with MCCC, and she does not appear this way from the world map.

The Gomes' poses in their headshots match the in world poses, when you're viewing their house from the world map, not their usual, basic headshots pose. There are a few other sims that have different poses as well, but none share a household like the Gomes'.

Are these just small bugs I'm seeing because of my mods? Is there a way to fix these?
