trying to reinstall without saved gameplay

Question

Hi!&nbsp;I'm trying to uninstall (and reinstall without some extra gamepacks) the sims 4 because it was too heavy for my mac. I tried with the uninstall button in origin, but the gameplay was still there when i reinstalled it. I tried to find this folder:&nbsp;C:\Users\profile_name\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. I couldn't find it. I&nbsp;also tried to delete and installed&nbsp;origin and the sims, but everything was still there without the gamepacks i don't wanted reinstall.Can someone please help me out?

You need to disable automatic downloads in Origin - https://bluebellflora.com/the-sims-4-origin-how-to-disable-automatic-updates-and-startup-on-a-mac/

Once disabled you can choose which packs to download in the download manager in Origin.

I tried to this, but my previous gameplay is still saved. Is there something else i can do?

@stridje96  To clarify, you’re now installing on a Windows PC and your game is somehow loading your previous saves from when you played on your Mac?

No, i wanted to reinstall the game on the same mac, because the game was getting too heavy. The previous time i reinstalled it (without the previous gameplay), it was better.

Oh I see, thanks (the C: threw me off 🙂 ) we can check the location of your saves which seem to be loading.&nbsp;
Launch the game and click on load game then hover over one of the households to see the file path:

Can you copy and paste that file path here please.
