Visual glitches, black bars, and static

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Macbook
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs except For Rent; Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, My Wedding Stories, and Werewolves game packs; Perfect Patio, Spooky, Romantic Garden, Kids Room, Tiny Living, Toddler, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, and Nifty Knitting Stuff Packs; Poolside Splash, Book Nook, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, Bathroom Clutter, Everyday Clutter, First Fits, and Blooming Rooms kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By looking at the resume button on the main menu, by posting something to the gallery, by looking at the sim icons on the bottom left of the screen during gameplay, by looking at the build during gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? In the main menu, gallery, and live mode, there are black bars around sim icons. In live mode, the walls of my build look glitchy like static.
What do you expect to see? Everything normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The sim in my screenshots does have custom content, but I removed all mods and nothing changed. I repaired the game, messed around with in-game display settings, and deleted my cache files. I also tried a fresh Sims 4 folder and fresh mods folder, both times the issue was still there. It happens with every household and every sim. The "static" glitch is also getting worse.

Edit: realized I wrote PC instead of Mac, sorry for the confusion

    Thanks for the save!

I loaded it fine in my game, no black lines:

I would suggest that you repair your game again in Origin then load it and see if they are still there. If so, quit Origin and the game, go into the Sims 4 Packs folder (same location as your installed base game) and trash the GP11 folder. Empty the trash, restart your Mac, open Origin and re-download Wedding Stories then launch the game..... 🤞
