Visual Glitches on Mac?

Hello! About a week ago, my game started glitching badly. Weird lines and flickering started appearing all over the screen in both CAS and gameplay mode. Here are a couple of videos showing the issue:

I deleted all mods, reduced graphic quality, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4 and the EA App THRICE, and the problem persists. I use an iMac with an M3 chip that runs Sequoia 15.0.1.
