why do the graphics of lily pads look like they're not part of their environment

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Get Together, Dine Out, Vintage Glamour, Backyard
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check wherever lily pads can be found.
What happens when the bug occurs? The graphics of the lily pads look funky.
What do you expect to see? The graphics should look smoother like they used to.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
Are the graphics intentional? If they are then I just shared my opinion of how they look. In the second picture some of the lily pads are not affected so the graphics should look like the unaffected ones. The second picture is taken at the Von Haunt Estate. And this effect doesn't take place in one specific body of water.
