Is that all it's saying? Or are you having other issues too? I'm asking because of this - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/CURRENT-ISSUE-Freezing-possible-system-lockup-on-Macs-with-AMD/td-p/9578876
Can you attach the Config.log file from your Sims 4 folder to a post here please so we can check the GPU recognition. I already know why SIMS 4 keeps crashing, and that was because of a mod. But even when I fix that, the game keeps telling me my graphics card is unrecognized?
My specs:
iMac Pro (2017)
Processor: 8-Core Intel Xeon W
Speed: 3.2 GHz
Total Number of Cores: 8Graphics card: Radeon Pro Vega 56
Storage: 1TB

The link I put in my previous post is nothing to do with Mods.
Do you have the Config.log file please? WHere do I find the Config.log file?
Here it is.

Thanks. Crazy that it's not in the database. You can add it manually, instructions here though - https://bluebellflora.com/sims-4-how-to-add-your-gpu-to-the-graphicscards-sgr-file/
Bear in mind there are really bad issues with Vega GPUs and the game since the September patch. If your game/system starts locking up after adding the GPU this would be really good to know 🙂 The main thread for this issue is here - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/CURRENT-ISSUE-Freezing-possible-system-lockup-on-Macs-with-AMD/m-p/9578876#M38408
