In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

bugs in game:
saved game wouldn’t launch, just stayed on the loading screen for up to an hour. Tried deleting the saved game to see if it fixed the other bugs
new games work until I need to move the sim into a town. The photo attached is from my second attempt.
The first time I tried, little flying llamas appeared over some of the buildings, and I couldn’t click on any of the buildings or lots to move in. I have a video if that but it’s file type is unsupported
i just want to chat with support but that doesn’t seem to be an option
I was looking in some other threads and saw there is an option to right click > “repair”
im trying that now, will lyk if it works.

Thanks the repair seems to have fixed the issue
Did it work for you? Mine does not even have the option to repair game (it is not selectable).
