[WORKAROUND] 11.17.20 patch - game won't stop loading

I play on a Mac - My game did today’s update to fix the crashing and now it won’t load at all! Was waiting up to 10 mins and it was just stuck on the loading screen. I took off all my mods and still ...

    In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".

I've been playing in this same sims house for a long time and now all of a sudden my sims can't use the stairs on the second level. I took all of the mods out and even loaded the house on a different lot. My sim motions that he can't route there or he shows the image of stairs missing.

I just repaired my game because of the loading issue- now this...
