What happens when the bug occurs? There are no world options, it's just a blank screen minus select a world to live in.

UPDATE: I un-installed and re-installed origin and the sims and everything was fine again.

What happens when the bug occurs? The green plumbob loads for ever and I never actually get onto the saved file. Or when I create a new game I cannot see any of the maps the screen is just blank with the words residential worlds on it
What do you expect to see? When I go onto a save game I expect the game to fully load where I’m able to click which household to play when I start a new game after creating Sims I expect to see a season to pick and then a map to choose to live in.

Here is a photo of the blank screen after I have created my Sims and chosen a season to live in. I’ve tried clicking the little house in the left-hand corner but it doesn’t do anything. The screen is just blank and I don’t know what to price there is no way of me creating a new game.
