What happens when the bug occurs? There are no world options, it's just a blank screen minus select a world to live in.
What do you expect to see? World options

UPDATE: I un-installed and re-installed origin and the sims and everything was fine again.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? city living, cats and dogs, get famous, island living, parenthood, seasons, jungle adventure, perfect patio, spa day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to start a game and when you go to pick a world to live in nothing should show up and eventually the game will never fully load.
What happens when the bug occurs? When i go to start a new game i can only get as far as choosing a residential world, and no of them show up. In addition if i try and go through manage worlds or saved games the game never gets out of the loading stage.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my residential worlds load as well as my actual games
