Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When making a new sim, no worlds show up when choosing a residential home.
What happens when the bug occurs? No worlds are showing up on the map, it's a blank white screen.
What do you expect to see? I try to pick a house for a new sim, it tells me to choose a residential home but no world shows.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

This bug started happening after the recent update
@cassiesues--can you try repairing the game through Origin (right-click on it in your library, and choose 'repair' from the options that will appear)?
