I've bought today the sims 4 snowy escape, I mention that I have all the packages that Sims have currently, however whenI try to lead the game, it goes until the point of going into worlds and it stay there loading into abyss ... left it for 20 min and nothing. Never had this problem. I am playing from MacBook Pro . I need help.
