In the Origin app, right-click on the gear icon next to the Play button and select "Repair".
My game has been fine ever since the platforms update. I just got the sims 4 a few months ago and I don’t know if this is a normal thing. The game had different button icons that link to the wrong thing. I would press the inventory icon and it would take me to the carrier/school button. Everything was fine with CAS and Build Mode. A couple day later my game would just not load altogether. I thought it was just because I have a MacBook and it had very low storage left, so I deleted Minecraft. I thought it would start working then so I got a couple new packs and the Sims Medieval. Medieval wouldn’t download so I kind of just gave up on that, and the packs did. I tried going into the game again and it still wouldn’t load. The. I made a new save file and I got into CAS. When I tried getting into a house the worlds wouldn’t load. It’s been like that for a couple days and I hope someone could help. Thanks!
