Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's doesn't seem to be recreateable by everyone. However, I was not having any issues until today, November 22nd. I played last night (November 21st) without issue. Steps I take: 1. Open Origin 2. Open Sims 3. Select saved family 4. Loading screen appears, but game never loads Alt steps: 1. Open Origin 2. Open Sims 3. Choose New Game to create a Sim 4. Create Sim 5. Select season 6. Neighborhoods will not load on following screen. Screen has header but circular neighborhood icons are not visible.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Nothing loads. I cannot play anything.
What do you expect to see? The...game??
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Try repairing your game by repairing your game through Origin (right click on the game and choose repair game)

I got the recent update to fix the crashes and while my game doesn't necessarily crash anymore, I've started getting the eternal spinning circle of loading. I haven't been in live mode recently (only in build mode), but every 5-10 minutes or so it loads forever and I have to force quit the game. I took out my mods folder which made it last a little bit longer but it still happened. I also tried adding my saves, tray, mods, and options into a brand new sims 4 folder and that did not help. Any ideas on how to fix this?
