@Pameliiwiis Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Have you tried repairing? Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@Pameliiwiis Make sure the game is closed. (Restart your computer if necessary.) Open Origin, click on My Game Library, then right-click, or hold crtl and click, on the Sims 4 icon. "Repair" will be one of the options.
