Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open sims. Try to load a saved game or start a new one.
What happens when the bug occurs? After opening the Sims 4, if i try to start a new sim, after creating them and choosing a season a blank white screen pops up that s supposed to have the different maps pop up. But nothing is there. When i try to load an already saved game all i get is the blue screen with the spinning Plumbob. I just bought a few new packs and think that has something to do with it, but i have not been able to fix it.
What do you expect to see? i expect to get to maps to play my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I download 2 new expansion packs and 4-6 new stuff packs.
