barrub24yanv The only other suggestion I have is to uninstall Sims 4 itself with Revo, which would clean out any leftover registry entries as well. Before doing so, rename the Sims 4 folder inside Documents > Electronic Arts so that Revo doesn't find it. This folder contains your saves and other user data and has nothing to do with the game's installed files.
When reinstalling Sims 4, create a new folder on the root level of the drive of your choice, for example C:\Games is fine, but not C:\Program Files\Games. You'll be able to choose this folder when you reinstall the game.
I would also remove the EA App with Revo, again, just to be thorough.
