No matter how many times I restart my Sims 4 Game, I have repaired it too and in pack selection I can’t click ANYTHING. Everything is greyed out and it says “this pack is not available” when I hover my mouse over it. Not sure what to do. Also in my Save files, it saying restart is required but I have done that too. Inserting photos . The packs it’s saying I don’t own, I do own them
UPDATE: I even disabled both my CC and script mods but my packs still won’t show up. I also repaired my game a second time. They appear as owned in EA but won’t let me click on them at all in pack selection and showing up as unowned in my save files. This isn’t a mod related issue
Have you figured out how to fix it? The same thing is happening to me.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I uninstalled my whole game, waited for it to download all over again and it STILL isn’t working. I’m aggravated at this point and it’s been hours, no fix or solution
boo i finally got it fixed after HOURS. you just have to reinstall the EA app , it’ll fix right after that I promise!!!
