Did you add ts4_64.exe or t4.exe to your Nvidia panel to make sure it runs on the card ?

You need to put the 64 one.

And I did both of them just to be sure. 

Did you also try starting the game through the Nvidia Experience ?

What do you mean? Should I open it in another way than from Origin?

Try starting the Nvidia Experience and then have it detect the game and press play from there.

The only program I can find called anything with Nvidia is the Nvidia Control Panel and I dont see any way to open programs from there? 

So you don't have this in your control panel
