3 of my Sims 4 game packs have been removed

@EA_Solaire    Hey my is Tranee Scott and 3 of my Sims 4 game packs have been removed from Sims 4 game. And i was wondering how could get back all 3 of the missing game packs.

    Hi @TraneeScott 

    Which packs specifically are you having issues with, and are they showing as owned and installed in your game library in the EA app?

    Thanks, were these packs bought directly through the EA app, or did you own them through Steam or Epic?

    @EA_Solaire it was a free bundle The Sims 4: The Daring Lifestyle Bundle you guys did threw Epic Games were got all 3 of these packs for free without having pay for them
