4 Rent wont download, and Delivery Express keeps failing.

I have spent the last week trying to download For Rent.  I bought it on Steam.  the EA app keeps trying to download it, but it keeps failing.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times now to no avail.  Also, when I go into the menu, it looks like For Rent is installed, because it shows as already owned in the Expansion Packs section, but I am unsure.  Also, there appears to be a Delivery Express that won't complete the download either. It too keeps failing. What is going on with my account/game/whatever?

    @momohimechan  For Rent needs to be downloaded from the platform where you bought it, so Steam in this case.  The EA App shouldn't be trying to download it at all, if that's what's happening; if you're trying to download it, just use Steam.

    For the Sims Delivery error, it might be an isolated issue or might be part of a bigger problem.  Please load a save and let me know whether it looks normal or not.
