A few bugs and glitches Queries

Just recently got back into The Sims again and decided to start from scratch. I created a new family and have noticed different bugs throughout please can I have some help :)

Butlers/Nanny's: Even though they are being payed to do there jobs they don't actually do them. The Nannys leaves the children even when the needs are low even if the child asks them for help and the Butlers don't clean or do anything around the house even if being asked. Regardless is you reprimand them or fire to get someone else it's the same issue throughout. Also sometimes the Butlers never wake up they tend to sleep for about 12 hours straight.

City Living Festivals: Normally when a festival is due it will slowly appear and at the end it will slowly disappear. The festivals don't change but instead have overlapped eachother including the music!! I tried a new save with a different family and the same thing happened so now I can't visit any of the festivals as the spice festival has merged with the flea market.

The "Infant Glitch": Ever since infants have been introduced to the game I feel my sims ageing up from being an infant still act like an infant. For example they will randomly sit they an infant whether they have just woken up or just eating at the dining table, still have the moodlets (feeling Wiggly) or even being constantly being gassy. It's very weird having my sims act like this. 

Iv tried repairing the game, restarting the game, moving my electronic arts folder to my desktop but have found no change. Not sure if these are gonna be resolved in an upcoming patch release any help would be appreciated :)
