Sims won't get in bed to sleep nor shower!!

I have no mods or cc installed and have all the game packs! Every time I want my sim to sleep they stand in the same place but the game registers it as sleeping. The same thing happens with showering and I think reading books. I've repaired my game, removed the cache, and everything! Is this happening to anyone else?
