A laptop to run TS4 with all packs at moderate/high graphics
EffyApples I checked all the U.K. sites I would be comfortable recommending and didn't see a good non-Acer laptop with an RTX 5060 for under £1,000. The exception is a few models from Medion, but last I checked, their driver support is really bad, to the point that I struggled to help someone fix an issue that should have been straightforward and would have been with almost any other manufacturer. Maybe things are better now, but I doubt it—there's a reason the prices are still so much lower than the competition. Still, if you want to have a look, here's one list:
The next-cheapest laptop I found with a 5060 is this one, which also looks very much like a gaming laptop, but maybe it's more to your taste:
It also has twice the storage of the Acer or the ones I linked.
Aside from that, for £1,100 you could get a Gigabyte laptop, the one on the Overclockers list above and also available at Currys and Argos:

It's very possible that prices will come down the next time there's a sale, but I don't know for sure and couldn't tell you when that would be. So if you're not ready to buy now, there's no sense in committing to anything, not knowing what would be out there in a few weeks.
If you'd like to keep an eye on things yourself, most sites allow you to search by graphics card. If not, choose Gaming Laptops > Nvidia RTX and sort by price (lowest to highest), then scan the list for an RTX 5060. The RTX 4070 is about equal, but the relatively few of those that are still around tend to come in laptops that are somewhat more expensive.
